    DRINKS during and Post Training

    What do you guys consume? Reason being, I'm thinking of copying 1BDMFCKR and getting some ABB drinks...carbo force and mass recovery.......seems like a ton of cals though......thoughts?

    havent read about abb drinks, i dont drink anything but water during training. over each session in the gym (usually about an hour) i will drink around 800ml-1L of water, about 5 mins after training i down my protien shake with carbs and creatine.

    Dextrose? Question arose because I train later in the day, where I finish up around 630pm. So if I get my shake in at 630, a meal at 730 and a prebed shake of fats and protein at 830, so I can crash at 900ish.............is this too many meals in too short of time?

    I drink about 3-5 9oz water bottles just during workout...and seems to make you feel more pumped also..after i just drink dex/creatine then whey

    I drink a mass recovery after I work out then dinner 1 hour later. THEN BED

    Anyone like the mass recoveries??

    talked to a few meathaeds at my gym that use em, but they have GH guts, and are on a lot of shit, so im guessing their daily cals are up up up...

    Should we really be worried about cals after we workout??? I don't even count that meal. Its absorbed and used by the body so quickly

    i use grapefruit juice to aid in absorbint all my preworkout krap i take which is ALOT

    I'm not sure there is anything better.....GNC many times will have the ones that expire next month on sale for .50 each..........oh man!

    u take em often SC? How about speed stack during? Thats some good stuff.....cept all that liquid, I'm pissing all night.

    I drink mass recovery after every workout. I get them for 2 bucks a piece the best price I found. I am going to my local GNC and seeing if I can get some of those joints at a cheaper price.

    I am so disappointed in all the GNC shoppers here.

    But if hell has frozen over and they have something at a decent price..i'm all for it...otherwise i avoid GNC like the plague.
