    Tuna Question

    How do u guys fix ur tuna? DO u just eat it outta the can or mix ne thing with it......I dont mind eatin straight up but ne thing extra that will help to bulk is great..

    My personal fave:

    2 cans of tuna
    6 hardboiled eggs (3 whole, 3 whites)
    reduced fat mayo
    garlic powder and pepper mix in a bowl

    makes like 2 servings usually

    non fat miricle whip isnt that bad..just gives it a better texture ...spread some on half a ww pita and eat it for a small quick pro/carb

    I buy 5lb cans of it and keep it in the fridge.

    every morning or eod I'll mix in 12oz of tuna and strain it over water to get rid of excess tuna taste and sodium.

    I then throw it in the blender with 4-6oz of water, blend and chug

    I get mine in frozen boneless skinless steaks. I let them defrost, slice them into slices and eat them raw with some Wasabe and Soy Sauce. It melts in your mouth like butter. ****ing great. I CAN'T STAND canned, dry, bullshit tuna. Give it a shot.

    I use to eat it straight out of the tin but now i eat it with mayo that contains extra virgin olive oil. yum yum.

    A personal favorite... 2 cans of tuna, cup and 1/2 cottage cheese, and a cup of WARM peas. Mix it all together and there ya go!

    2 cans of tuna with good Ol Crystal hot sauce.

    2 cans tuna 1 1/4 tbsp real mayonaise or fat free. pepper it quite a bit and if i have time 2 hard boiled eggs sliced. for sure use the mayo because it helps it go down easier, i used to eat out of the can and have to drink it down with water,eeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwww.

    1 tablespoon low-fat miracle whip
    enough hot sauce to get the perfect tangy-spicy flavor.
