i have to get a good lean muscle building diet or even more of a cuttin diet going. only problem is, its hardly possible for me to stop work and eat at 10 or 3. i have time to eat breakfast and lunch though. i was thinking maybe i could make more of this diet happen after 4 o clock thats when i leave work. ifi could get some experienced help on a good scedule on what time to eat and still be an effective diet i would really appreiciate it. i have the foods that i will eat and all, i just need a start on what times to eat them.
