i buy them sometimes and would a lot more if they would get some new flavors and make them a little cheaper too. the way i see it its in between milk and yogurt. so if youre not cutting and dont mind the sugar then do it, do it.
As S-N-C said lots of sugars in it.. I have drank it before and it is pretty good for you as far as protein and helping keep your dijestive tract normal. I think if you are cutting or prone to bloat from the Carbs it is something to stay far away from.
