I am currently 5 foot 9 inches and 170-175 pounds. I am going to get my bf measured in the next two days. I have a good regular workout.

I have a two stage goal. The first is to make it to 190 pounds the second is to make it to 205. I will focus for now on going to 190 pounds since that is a 15-20 gain. I am looking to put on 15-20 pounds of muscle not fat. Here is my question:
What should my diet consist of?How many grams of protien\carbs\fat?I can figure out what foods to eat. But what I need to know is a daily goal on gram breakdowns.
