Sitting at 6'1 180. I'm lean and mostly muscle. Worked out hard past 6 years w/exception of this winter. Looking to put on at
least 25 pounds. Don't care how I do it either. Looking to gain as much weight per week as possible. My metabolism is ridiculious and I fight to keep weight. Under is the diet I've made up and it will need some critiquing I'm sure.
