does anyone use this before workout? I work out directly after waking up. I usually Eat a banana and have a 7 protein blend shake with some carbs in it too. what do you think about adding a drinnk of dextrose? or how about maltodextrin?

I'd go with a lower Gi carb source per workout so you don't crash in the middle.
like a bowl of whole oatmeal ( i just bought some) havent bought any other crap yet. Dont have a whole lotta time in the morning. What about drinking a carb drink throughout workout cause ive been gettin that crash feelin! any suggestion is great thx

I see no benefit of drinking sugar before a workout nor anything during a workout except water.

thanks I wont go waste my money! i try some oatmeal and eat that with the banana and shake my shake has 60 grams i mix with water. 32 grams protein and 22 grams carbs its a blend of all 7 proteins. Keep in mind i weigh 190 not 240
maybe toss a lil honey in the oats like about 1 tbls for a lil pick me up
