    Gain lean muscle and cut fat

    29 yrs old
    190lbs
    6'0
    24bmi

    I'm starting a 12 week cycle of Test wed.

    I'm looking for a diet that will keep water retention down and build muscle while cutting fat.

    Any suggestions?

    7am -
    3 eggs
    bowl of oatmeal

    10am -
    cup of yogurt -

    1pm -
    can of tuna
    apple

    4pm -
    protein bar
    protein shake

    7pm -
    white meat
    vegetables
    protein shake

    So maybe and i stress MAYBE you get 100g protein per day and you are almost 200 lbs. Try to triple that, then keep it up like that for atleast a year and think about doing a cycle man. 3 eggs for breakfast, I mean girls eat more than that, while I am writing this im sitting here eating 16 eggs whites with oats. Check out the stickies man.

    Had to get that out...

    How on God's green floor do people think about juice when they don't know what a good diet is, and they've also never even eaten CORRECTLY NATURALLY for years on end? (Meaning, how much of a good bb'ing/athlete/gear base can one have, having said this?)

    Not a flame, I just don't understand the processes that go on in these instances. You can't put the cart before the horse, if so, you can't move.
