I just lost about fourty pounds and I really want to get ripped out and was wondering if there was a certain diet, workout, or supplement I could incorporate to help the process along. I still have a little more fat to lose I weigh 168 and work out everyday. I take whey and am currently on a rice and oatmeal diet that lost me the fourty pounds. I already run everyday. I am 17 so I am on sort of a budget as far as crazy stackers and fuels go so anything you could think of to help me get ripped I'd appreciate.
