Ok I am starting my major cutting diet as of this morning. I just wanted to know what you guys think of crystal light? How would it be if I had it while cutting, because sometimes i need something to wash the tuna etc down. my diet/regimen is as follows.
Meal 1:
2 cups egg whites
2 pack natural oatmeal
Mixed Veggies
2g CLA
1 Multi Vitamin
Meal 2:
8 oz lean beef
1 cup brown rice
2g CLA
Meal 3:
2 Chicken breasts
1 yam
Meal 4:
2 cans tuna
Mixed veggies
Meal 5 PWO:
2.5 scoops whey
3 packs oatmeal
Meal 6:
2 Chicken breasts
2g CLA
Olive Oil
Meal 7:
3 tilapia fillets
couple spoons of soy sauce
Mixxed veggies
Totals
Protein: approx 400g
Carbs: approx 150-200g (depends on yam size etc)
Fat: Dont know, didnt figure it out
I will also be running clen for 8 weeks and cardio is three times a week in the morning with only glutamine taken b4 hand.
With that diet in mind do you think Crystal light would be ok or would I be taking a step backward?
