I try to mix with protien shake at night,for weight gain while sleeping.1 Tbls---130 cals(low volume, great stuff).
oh yah, try to take 1 TBLS ed for a week 1/2 2 weeks to let your body get use to it or it could give you the sh*ts.....
1 tbsp is 14 grams of fat. You have to figure out where your daily intake of fat needs to be, figure how much fat you are getting daily from other sources and go from there.
