    Strength Problem

    I am starting my bulk in a few weeks, but my strength suffered a little during my cut. i kept my cals about 350 below maintanence, did cardio bout 5 times a week a.m. on empty, but i still suffered some strength loss. i got to thinking, is this because my carbs were obviously lower during my cut? or is it just that i'm not full fueled during my cut? because during my bulk im up about 5-600 cals over maintanence (clean).....

    during your cuttin, you are ina caloric depleated state along with slow carb depletion, so your going to be weaker

    bump once more for any comments on how you bros keep strength up during a cut...
    or do you all suffer a lil??

    take creatine and glutamione although takeing creatine will help with strength it will give you a softer look, and have a cheat meal once and while
