    my cutting diet Rip it apart if u can

    OK here is my deal I am not into mass but I do have alittle. My main concern is a 6 pac. I am starting 45 min cardio in morning w/ glutamine. While working out one body part a day in afternoon. This is my sample diet please help me out.

    Breakfast: 8 eggs whites, 2pieces whole wheat toast
    2 slices turkey bacon
    1 cup of skim milk

    meal 2: 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup berries, 1tbsp flaxseed oil

    meal3: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat or tuna with spinach

    meal 4: same as meal 2

    meal 5: 6 oz grilled chicken breast
    yam
    2/3 cup broccoli


    1 multivitamin, I would like to get a sic pac is it possible or should I add something. My stats r 5'8 165 15 % bf

    plz dont cal it a "Six Pack" LoL its Abs.. or visible abs kuz its there are 8lobes to it.

    anyways diet is GOOD but not great.. i would so replace "BERRIES" w/ a vegie
    work on PWO nutrition kuz i dont see any whey and dex
    and add some EFA's to your last meal of the day.

    efa = essential fatty acids.. usually associated w/ omega's
    pwo = pwo which is the shake right after you get dnoe lifting
    dex = dextrose a corn sugar that is converted to glucose much more quickly than sucrose (table sugar)

    if you lift thats great but u gotta take in proper post work out nutrtion which is a shake after lifting *IMMEDIATLY* then a protein and CHO meal 1-1.5hrs later consisting of a lean meat a good carb and maybe even a veggie.

    if u really want abs u gotta hit the weights to spike your metabo

    EDIT LOL pwo = pwo >< im dumb
    pwo = POST WORK OUT ok better
