OK here is my deal I am not into mass but I do have alittle. My main concern is a 6 pac. I am starting 45 min cardio in morning w/ glutamine. While working out one body part a day in afternoon. This is my sample diet please help me out.
Breakfast: 8 eggs whites, 2pieces whole wheat toast
2 slices turkey bacon
1 cup of skim milk
meal 2: 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup berries, 1tbsp flaxseed oil
meal3: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat or tuna with spinach
meal 4: same as meal 2
meal 5: 6 oz grilled chicken breast
yam
2/3 cup broccoli
1 multivitamin, I would like to get a sic pac is it possible or should I add something. My stats r 5'8 165 15 % bf
