I am starting a diet for a No Holds Barred fight/MMA I will never be under 215, which is the cut off for the Heavyweights. But I do want to be lighter than I am now. I am 6'1", 245 at about 15% BF. I need carbs to train. What do you guys think about this????
Meal 1- 600 calories
Meal 2- 500
Meal 3- 400
Meal 5- 300
Meal 6- 200 calories, all protein
Keep in mind that I am getting around 1000 calories from Protein @ 40 grams
per meal. How should I do my carbs to give me energy throughout my training? I train weights from 4:30PM-6:00PM 5 days a week. And train in JUi-jitsu/MMA from 7-10PM 4-5 days a week.
