    toasting french fries????

My boy was telling me that instead of frying fries you can toast them in one of those mini ovens and it's "ok" to eat. He's done a few shows and won. I don't want to take the chance until I hear the thoughts of you guys.

Is it really ok? I've never heard of this

so you are going to cut up a potato and bake the slices instead of deep frying them. I would say its a "healthier" alternative than say going to McDonalds and buying a supersize french fry box.

Are these the frozen french fries Mass?

Check the Nutrition facts Mass.. how much fat per serving?

You're clean bulking still i assume?

So it 'may' be 'ok'... occasionally

Once you start cutting at 12 weeks out.. you won't be able to cheat... period

Yes Mass, baking french fries is considered cheating.

The kind of frozen fries in a bag are shitty, but I think that cutting a potato up and baking it in the over would be the same as just baking a regular potato. You could also make sweet potato fries, haha, if you are into that kinda shit.

some frozen fries have just about the same nutritional value of regular potatoes. I dont generaly use potatoes during cutting though. To high gi(unless you cook, refridgerate and then heat but it tastes like shit).

Mass i know what you mean....

i make these ALL THE TIME....fukken good

    Step 1.

take potato and slice it in french fries..

    Step 2.

put all the fries on plate and microwave for about 3 minutes

You dont want the fries to cook completely..just a bit.

    Step 3.

spray a flat baking pam with PAM, put fries on and put it in oven and put on BROIL setting..

broil them until golden...then flip them all over and broil them again until other side is golden..

add some vinager to em and eat up...im tellin ya..its a good alternative.
