I'm currently on a cutting diet at the moment. Most of my meals consist of chicken and egg whites but Safeway had london broil on sale for $2 a pound so I picked up about 8 pounds. Problem is it doesn't have any nutrional facts on it. I know with beef the cals/pro/fat/etc depends on the cut. Is london broil alright? If I usually do 8oz of chicken breast for each meal, how many ounces of london broil to match it? 4-6oz?
