Muscle Milk
I know a lot of people are using this now and I am using it to now. I love the stuff. But how does it work? I mean I am scared because of the high fat content. I know this fat is supposed to help you burn fat but how good is this product?
Also this has a nice balance of Fat and Protien. Would this make a good subsitute sometimes for my Pro/fat meals? Sometimes when i am away from home I might not get to my food and have to subsitute but this seems like a easy substitution meal if you do not have any real food?
What is the best time to take this product?

all the fats in muscle milk are EFA's with little sat fat, it is deff a great product, the best time to take whould be around before bed or during the day to replace a pro/fat meal

A little Saturated fat won't hurt anybody
I am going to give this a try at nigh because I am sick of cottage cheese
