    ? for you guys

    When cutting what does your first meal consist of?

    Is it a Pro/Carb or Pro/Fat and why? I have always had Pro/Carb first thing about an hour after AM cardio on an empty stomach.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Personally:

    12 egg whites mixed in with 1/2 c oats and 2tbs salsa 30-45min after AM cardio...

    I do it because it works for me...just getting some good carbs in after cardio and it being the morning...

    yep. I like my 10 eggwhites and 1/2 cup oats first thing.

    See that's how I feel. If I don't take in any Carbs in the AM I am sluggish all day. Thanks for the feedback bro

    I only had about 30-40 for nonworkout days..which is why I stalled I think. I had around 130 on workout days. Next time I'll do more carbs and cals overall. I dipped below 1800 cals for awhile and I think that was a bit low. I'll stay around maintainance next time.

    I've gone as low as 20 carbs a day precontest, right now at 290g per day I am maintaining 7% bodyfat though.

    i utilize my carbs around my workouts. if im not working out 300g in my oats a.m. and thats its all day pretty much. workout days its all PWO and PPWO (maybe pre workout) if im feeling sluggish. but again im bulking so i guess my whole post doesn't really matter....

    i like the pro fat meal right after cardio, i dont wait an hr tho, thats way to long imo.. the days without cardio i start the day off with pro carb meal

    My first meal is usualy 50 grams of oats, lots of flax seeds and 5-6 whole eggs or a shake. I ditch the whole eggs when weightloss starts to stall.

    Nice.. Thanks for the feedback fellas. My boy bigSD wrote me a diet and it's working great

    I just like to switch things up here and there to see what works best.

    Thanks for the props brotha.....switchin things up is good, but remember to keep things constant for at least 2 weeks to see how your body reacts.

    so you combine macros for breakfast?
    do you also do this bulking?

    I have been combinding Macros whil cutting and it has been working good. I don't incorporate to much fat into pro/carb meal but just a few fish oil caps.

    I do it all the time when bulking and when cutting I only stop doing it when my weightloss stalls.

    i've been combining macros for quite some time now and have seen great results. I dont ever go too high with any macro just get everything in evenly. I really only use whole grain low GI carbs at all times and try to use healthy fats as well. So far my results are great and I dont have good genes or anything like that.

    I guess as long as everything is clean like you said low GI's and EFA's, spreading them out evenly in meals might not be so bad. thanks gents...

    Im trying to reduce fat from my body right now im 6'2 205 pounds after cardio I wait 45 minutes then a p/c meal 10 egg withes and 1/2 cup oats flavored with splenda

    lol, I actually did that one time in China there was this Ice bar that made you wear fur coats when you went in. Just so happened they gave me a medium, lets just say that poor coat saw it's last day. lololol Didn't stand a chance to my most muscular.
