Hye guys im 6'2 205 Lbs right now my diet its just a clean one trying to stay lean and keep my weight im 20 Yo this is my current diet on workout days o non workout days i replace PWO and PPWO with Pro/fat meal. My real Question is that i Cheat once every 2 weeks and i feel good i can hold without cheating for the 2 weeks... im just tring to keeo my current weight and reduce body fat slowly, if I cheat once a week i would hinder my gains?

9:00 AM Meal #2: 40g Protein From chicken , 2tbsp natural peanut butter

12:00 AM Meal #3: 2 chicken breast , broccoli , tomatoes and spinach, 2

( Aprox ) PWO: 2 scoops whey protein ( 48g ) , Sweettarts aprox 80g ( for dextrose )

Around 8:00 - 8:30 Meal #4: 40 g Protein ( solid food ) , 2tbsp Peanut Butter
