Hey guys, i've been dieting and doing cardio for about a month and now I have another month until I go to mexico for spring break. I've attatched a pic of my current progress. My first question is, do I have enough time to lower my bf enough for a six pack? I do cardio but not fasted cuz I dont wanna lose any muscle. Also, what bf% do you think im at now? Any help would be great.
