    PWO Nutrition question

I am about 240 @ 6'1 and a pretty high fat percentage. I lost 120 in the last 2 years.... i am going to start a good cut diet to see what I can get with that before i try any extra help.

Question is...Reading on all the stickies helped, but i do martial arts in the night and cardio (and I add weights 3 times a week) in the morning. Do I add a pwo shake in my diet so that I have one after both martial arts and the gym?

I appreciate the help, just trying to factor in and squeeze under 1830 calories.

    just after weights bruh,

your martial arts is more like an areobic exercise, no need for PWO after that

and consuming under 1830 cals a day? doesn't sound right to me.

then again if he has high % of fat then his LBM is realitively low.. couple that w/ a slow metabolism .. it might be perfect where he is 600-700 cals under maint.

and i totally agree, its just that my common sense would tell me after he lost all that weight that he would have maybe bulked because i wouldn't know why he would cut right after cutting?just my look at it,
but your reasoning is right on if that is indeed the case...

yah... i am far from lean enough to start worrying about bulking. That and I have a hard time determining what is fat I need to loose and what is loose skin. i weighed 360lbs for more than 5 years of my life. And before then i was always 250-300 of 45% + bf.
