Hey, my psychiatrist wants me to stop taking my weight gainer supplement because of my meds that I am taking for my bipolar disorder. Im 165 pounds 6ft, athletic build, and I want to gain about 20-30 pounds of mass. Im considering getting some MRP(shakes) to help with the calorie intake. I was also considering of adding eggwhites to my diet as well for added protein. I workout at least 4 days per week. Can someone help me with any advice whatsoever? I'd really be thankful.
