Cardio on empty stomach same as first thing in morning?
Hey all- I wanted to know some of your thoughts on this- I get up every day, eat an apple, and go to class for 2 hours. Immediately after those classes I hit the cardio for an hour. So will this work as well as first thing up cardio or not? Whaddya think?

I would say "No"...if i had to do it your way i would have a pro/fat meal first thing in the morning and drop the apple.
Drop a pro shake and 1-2tbsp of Flax and go to class...

yeah have some protein maybe a lil fat, then after those couple hours your cardio will be fine...
