Thought i would post this in here as it is a mix of diet/cycle questions:
Ok, i have purchased some Clen and Taurin from AR-R and plan to start it on Monday. So far i have always cut clean.
I would like some opinions on a Clen only cycle? I honestly do not want to mess with T3...i have recently hit a plateau in my cutting diet (my body does not want to cut anymore.lol) and i think Clen by itself should be enough to push me over the edge and get to 185lbs...want pics...well look at my avatar.
I am currently 196lbs and this is my diet:
1:30 Pro shake w/ 1 cup Oats 370kCals/4g Fat/29g Carbs/51g Pro
4:30 Tuna w/ 1 tbsp mayo 250kCals/14g Fat/33g Pro
7:30 Steak w/ greens 287kCals/17g Fat/32g Pro
10:30 Tuna w/ 1 tbsp mayo 250kCals/14g Fat/33g Pro
1:15 Workout
2:30 PWO Pro/Dex shake 508kCals/1g Fat/79g Carb/46g Pro
4:00 PPWO Chicken w/ Sweet Potatoe 355kCals/2g Fat/44 Carbs/38g Pro
6:30 Pro shake w/ 1 tbsp flax 345kCals/15g Fat/2g Carb/46g Pro
Totals for weight training day (above): 2,241kCals
52g Fat
153g Carb
278g Protein
Totals for non-weight training day (remove PWO and make pro/fat, and PPWO pro/fat meal).
2,094 kcals
83g Fat

This is my total kCals for weight training days and non training days and i seem to have hit a plateau as i said before....i plan to keep kCals the same when i starting Clen...any opinions on this. Of course i perform cardio 5-6x a week on top of the weight training/diet.
Also from research i have done i also will add a bannana or other potassium source. Of course water intake will be around 1-1.5 gallons a day as well as my multi-vitamin.
Let me know if i am leaving out a needed supplement.
