What can U get away with PPWO
I have been 5 weeks now with clean eating with only a couple of higer calorie clean carb refeeds. I am now under control but I am thinking of incorporating a couple cheat meals a week spread out by 3-4 days and I will still stay within my calorie restraints. I was wondering what I can get away with eating for ppwo without doing damage for I am cutting. I take in 1 cup of oats after cardio meal 1 and pwo is 25 grams carbs via dextrose and my ppwo meal has been 50 carbs with 40 protein. The carbs are only basmatti rice or grits.

If you are asking what your PPWO meal should consist of It all depends on your caloric needs. It should be a meal consisting of something like chicken, Brown rice, and some greens.

can anyone comment on carsb after am cardio...
is it beneficial? or does it stop fat burning?

Was asking if anyone has had things like a pancake or something ppwo for a cheat with minimal damage. I think I can go 12 weeks without a cheat day but not sure if I can go that long without including a few cheat meals and I figured the best time would be low fat and in the ppwo slot. I have read that refeeds are important while dietng but being an extreme endo, I go overboard so I fugre I would stop them all together.
I just added oats to meal 1 45 minutes after cardio and I am getting far better results than just a P/F meal.
