I have been 5 weeks now with clean eating with only a couple of higer calorie clean carb refeeds. I am now under control but I am thinking of incorporating a couple cheat meals a week spread out by 3-4 days and I will still stay within my calorie restraints. I was wondering what I can get away with eating for ppwo without doing damage for I am cutting. I take in 1 cup of oats after cardio meal 1 and pwo is 25 grams carbs via dextrose and my ppwo meal has been 50 carbs with 40 protein. The carbs are only basmatti rice or grits.
