    alt to cottage cheese.

    Well i was planning on eating the hell out of cottage cheese to help me gain but i found out my body doesn't like it. It comes out the same way it went in ... Any close to cottage cheese that might help me ? I know this is really good for bulking.

    This may seem strange since its kind of the same thing...but you might try eating block chedder...like you can get at walmart...about1.50-3.00...one block has over 1500 cals and 48g protein...maybe worth a try...

    I need to try something. I am still searching as well for other alternatives. I think i might be a little lactose intolerant.

    Before bed is the best time to eat it.I would also eat it during the day as well. Put some extra meat on my bones.

    I have the same problem. Maybe take some Lactaid pills on a daily basis to see if this allows you to simply stick with the cottage cheese?

    Thanks, I went years taking the pill but over time, my body was able to consume milk products without the need for the pills. (My doctor said your body can change over the years... guess this was the case for me.)

    I just read on the block cheese that it contains 0g lactose per serving...hmmm...
