    need quick bulking tips

    well its hard for me to eat a meal every three hours but i eat a good breakfast.and a good dinner.but for lunch its a little harder becasue im at work.and for lunch usually i eat 2 turkey sandwiches and two cans of tuna and i bring another can of tuna to eat when i get a little hungry and i also bring a protein shake with me to work.

    but i need more calories i feel like i should be eating way more and i can too.

    so basically i just need some advice of what i can bring with me to work for a good bulk.

    we have a refrigerator at work if that helps.

    o yea,no cottage cheese,and no almonds that sh!t is rank.

    How can you not like almonds?? I love them. I work at an accountants firm so it's hard for me to eat every 2-3 hours too, but i do. I make time. I cook 4-5 turkey breasts on my George Foreman and take them to work with me. I take a couple of tins of tuna and keep a bottle of flax, amonds and mayo at work. I also take green veggies with me that i cook the night before. How about cooking some brown rice before work?

    natty pb...tuna/chicken/salmon pouches...oats...brown rice in microwave pouches...whole wheat pasta...potatoes, blah blah blah

    anyway dip...wasssup?? how was boot camp?

    i bring my backpack loaded with food to classes everyday, people look and then i usually either..
    1. stare at them and smile
    or
    2. flip them off and then pass them a note that says if they ever look at me again i will snap and then stalk from room to room with an aramaly ak carbine gas powered automatic weapon, looking for them...

    just kidding, but i bring a backpack full of food everday...

    I may have to deal with that whenever I get an apartment..oh well..making food arrangements is never a problem

    Its hard for everyone.. We all have a schedule that makes BB difficult.. The difference HERE is we make it a point to focus on BBing which means we make time whenever possible to do what needs to be done !!

    With any employment you must be given some sort of breaks throughout your day !! ( check your employee handbook )

    Make your meals ahead of time !

    Start by eating less per meal and eating 6-7 times a day ... then as you get used to eating all the time increase your calories as needed ... follow bulking threads...

    well i do take can of tuna with me everyday and also i got a thing of pb,but i guess i should go buy some natty pb.

    what about hardboiled eggs.
