well its hard for me to eat a meal every three hours but i eat a good breakfast.and a good dinner.but for lunch its a little harder becasue im at work.and for lunch usually i eat 2 turkey sandwiches and two cans of tuna and i bring another can of tuna to eat when i get a little hungry and i also bring a protein shake with me to work.
but i need more calories i feel like i should be eating way more and i can too.
so basically i just need some advice of what i can bring with me to work for a good bulk.
we have a refrigerator at work if that helps.
o yea,no cottage cheese,and no almonds that sh!t is rank.
