I suck at cutting, plz help critique my program!

    I am 5"7 - 152lbs, maybe 14% bodyfat (estimate)

I want to cut down to 8% bodyfat, this is my routine

    1. AM 40 mins light cardio walking on incline (burns 250 cals)

    2. Protein Shake & Oatmeal (27g protein, 27g carbs)

    3. Tuna Salad on Spinach & 3/4 cup wild rice (35g protein, 27g carbs)

    4. Chicken Breast & Veggies w/ melted cheese) (25g protein, 18g carbs, 6g fat)

    5. Weights EOD (routine is one recommended on (http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html)

    6. PWO 25g protein, 25g dextrose (25g protein, how many g carbs)

    7. Chicken & Potatoes (how much should I have?)

    ----------------------------------
    112g protein, estimated 140g carbs, <15g fat

TOTAL = I think about 12/1300 calories? minus the 250 burning in AM cardio I am probably netting +1000 calories. My BMR is roughly 1900 cals (I think?) so theoritcally I should be losing at least a lb or two a week but nothing is working!

    WHAT should I change?

    Thanks bros

Would you consider natty pb even for cutting? The stuff i had was fairly high in saturated fat.

YES !! IMO it is great i eat 4 tbls a day when im not useing flax or olive oil, all natty pb only has 2.5g of sat fat per serving, and sat fat is responsible for testosterone production.

    you forgot one thing....EAT!

not enough food for you. ESPECIALLY in the way of protein. IMO, you should try and get at least 150g if not 200g. if your BMR is 1900 and you work out that much you should start at that level (1900) and burn your cals through working out and daily activity. If you start that low your body will start to eat the muscle you have and less of the fat. plus, your metabolism will get even slower. when you have hit a plateau you can lower the cals...until then, i say again, EAT!

add carbs to the pow 1& pow2..

reduce the carb that in the first meal and have olive oil instead..

25g protien @ the first pow , i would shoot 50g carbs with it

    my 2 cents bro !!

IMO not enough protein and too many carbs for your calories pal ... but without a accurate account of what your exact totals are its hard to tell...

    good luck

I am currently 200 pounds. i eat 400 grams of protein, and 100 grams of carbs. that seems to be working for me greatly. fat is melting, muscles are staying and slightly progressing. 5'9 by the way. i also stick strictly to oatmeal, nothing else, no dextrose ad no starch. and my metabolism is shit slow. naturally. but my dieting and training methods in my belief have my metabolism converted into a fargen blast furnace
