Going by the information you presented, here is a sample. Tweak where you feel it's needed for the gains of a lifetime:
Meal 1 - McDonalds
Meal 2 - protein shake because you like them
Meal 3 - Burger King
Meal 4 - protein shake because you like them
Meal 5 - Jack in The Box
Meal 6 - protein shake because you like them
Meals 1, 3, 5, should be chicken based, as per your information.
