you can eat the hardboiled egg whites everyday all day.. just dont eat all them yokes.

Nothing personal, but I think it's crazy how you have numerous threads here asking nothing but gigantic OPEN ENDED questions.
No way possible to answer these as there are more variables than you can count.
Take a while, think, then create a thread and be specific and include all of your information. These pointless threads are really clogging the forum.
