I am starting to right up a cutting diet. I am 5'9 211lbs around 14% bf. My calorie intake to maintain my weight is 3,150. What should I dropp my calories to, to maintain the most amount of lean body mass.

I would start out at 3000 and work from there. Its hard for me to tell unless I do it and can make adjustments when needed.
i usually start by dropping 500 cals a week.
i would construct a diet that matches your maint. calorie intake...
then i would drop items to make the calorie intake about 500 less than the maint.
