3 BCAA pills
45 minutes cardio at 75%
100 crunches, 100 pushups
- 45 minutes later
12 egg whites, 1 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 can tuna, 1 tbs. olive oil, lettuce
2 scoops whey, 1 tbs. flax oil
Weight lifting
2 scoops whey, 25 grams carbs via smarties
12 egg whites, 50 grams carbs via basmatti rice
8 oz. chicken, 1 can green beens, 1 pickle
3 weeks ago I was 192 and bodyfat was probably 15-16 or so. It has been 3 weeks and I am 191 and my jeans all fit like I have lost atleast and inch or so. This has never happened to me and just wondered what you guys thought. I am 6 foot 191 and the calories are around 2200. I lift weights Monday through Friday and cardio every morning with Sundays off. I have had 2 4000 calorie refeeds of oats, fat free dairy and shredded wheat the past 2 Sundays.
I usually have a huge cheat day every 7-12 days. I had really gotten used to it. The past 5 weeks I have vcut them out and been 100% clean, could this cause a weight loss stall? Thanks for the ears guys.
