sugar-free is better than the rwgular, some guys on here admit to using them a little while before their workout to wake up...

where'd you hear it was bad?
nothing wrong with the sugar free version IMO...good bit of caffeine to give you a boost. the original red bull has quite a bit of sugar in it, but beyond that, it's fine.

I prefer the Low-Carb Monsters, Diet Rockstars, Low carb Kronics, or the no carb "Boo-Koo" drinks.
All bigger cans. What pisses me off about the Red Bulls is the SIZE of the can!!
WTF is that, a thimble???

and the sugar is way tooooo much if you are cutting, who wants to have a sugar crash in the middle, or end of a workout..The answer to your every question

I would drink Sugar Free Red Bull all the time if they were cheaper, and, good point Swole; unsual how Red Bulls cans are tiny compared to it's competitors. Seems like they would have made them larger by now. Guess the profit margin must be higher on less volume for them

it cant be ok for you over time, even the sugar free shit. they take out the sugar, they have to put something else in it and i know it aint nutrients. if its got caffiene its bad for you and if its got carbonation its bad for you period.
