Why is Dextrose the carb of choice PWO? and why not say Regular Cane sugar?
Can ne one explain the diff in the two?
Im a dextrose user myself but its hard stuff to find where I live, and sometimes I need to supplement with some other carb PWO till I restock.
What would be best to use in its place? Blended oats and table sugar? or just whey alone. Some feedback please
