    Can the fat from Almonds be considered negligable?

    Can the fat from Almonds be considered negligable as a negative impact on your overall diet daily?

    Does this differ if you are cutting vs. bulking?

    almonds are a healthy fat. of course any fat can be negative if you have to much of it.

    Its a good fat, and you should count it towards your daily totals.

    Agreed. Just because it's healthy, doesn't mean you shouldn't count it. Fat is fat, healthy or not.
