PB while Cutting
I usually have a bit (a little less than a tbsp) before bed with some cottage cheese. Is this something i need to cut out while cutting? My bf is already low (roughly 9%) but I wanted to do a quick cutter before spring break (and i've been bulking all winter). The rest of my diet reflects the cutting sticky by rambo pretty closely. Thanks

6' 185. I'd classify myself as a hard gainer.
My diet is relatively clean. It is a lot like the bulking sticky with a little less protein and carbs (I believe that is for a 200 lb person as apposed to me, 185 and I'm all natural).

What exactly will be in natty PB? I can't seem to find it here in the UK. The stuff i did use was mega high in saturated fat. Would i be better off buying a blender and making my own?

all natty pb is just peanuts and salt, with 16 gs of fat per serving and 2.5 gs of sat fat, and yeah i eat it while cutting

It's the only thing that keeps me sane. I try to limit it to just before bed, but sometimes i sneak a bit in.

Yep, you're the same as me. Somethin about it..I can't stop I have to force myself to throw the spoon in the trash (plastic cuz of dorms). That way..I wont be tempted to get more.

Peanut Butter is the bomb! I always throw a spoonfull in my protein shakes that I make. Really makes all the difference. Then again I love PB.

I would eat a few table spoons of peanut when I was cutting. It didn't slow me down to much in loosing the pounds.

I'm just tryin to get a little leaner for spring break, then I'm gonna go back to a diet a little closer to a bulker. I'm not competing but would like to lower my bf a bit over the next few weeks. I'll keep my natty pb

Yesterday was my semi cheat day. I think everything I ate I added some PB. I was looking forward all day to eating Wendy's and it was terrible! Never waste my cheat meal there again

Im cutting for spring break too, and I eat Natty Penut butter with my last night time meal 1 1/2 hrs before bed...I love Natty Penut butter, I get Smuckers all natural penut butter, got to love the non hydrogonated stuff....Also If u take some penuts and a blender and some oil, and make it your self in a food processor, thats what I did when I ran out...

I've normally keep a pretty clean diet anyways even when bulking, but I cleaned it up a lot more bout a month ago. Still have 2.5 weeks for spring break. I also got a late start because I didn't plan on going anywhere until about a month ago (when I swithced the diet up). It doesn't matter anyways because I don't hold on extra mass anyways so regardless of whether I cut or not, I'm really lean. Just wanted to keep it clean for the remainder of the time so I can let loose in Mexico. Then I'll prob hit up the bulker hard. Either way, I'll include my natty PB!

I just make my own peanut butter , i mix roasted peanuts with some extra virgin olive oil to make it smooth , like that it comes much cheaper then buying it ready made

The cottage cheese will contain some sugar so causing a slight inslulin spike, so in my opinion i wouldnt take cottage cheese with the peanut butter...
As far as peanut butter goes before bed i take a tablespoon because usuallly my carbs have been cut past 5pm and so i rely on it for energy

I do one scoop whey with my 14gms Flax in it and a cup of CC at night, Cutting or bulking. But i'm gonna take it out of my diet after Spring Break and really get down to the cutter...
