I think there's not much use for it since you'd be burning the calories you consumed during the day and not fat? Or am i wrong?

Alot of bros on the board swear by it. Try it out and see how it works for you.
i will do 30min of intervals on none workout days in the evening, if I am restless.
I do not know how much it helps in fatloss, but it makes me sleep better.
This would depend on your goals .. of course ..
However, Yes ! PM cardio in conjuction with your AM cardio program is an effective way to keep calories up while cutting.

So I do my empty sotmcah ECA cardio in the mornig, I'm in the gym till 8 pm or so, and in bed by 10 or so, when would you do it - b4 bed? And then the cottage chesse and hit the sack?
