    2000 + calorie meal.....Digestion?

I have been cutting and have not cheated once in 32 days. I will be attending a big birthday bash this weekend at the local buffet. If I break down and unload on the buffet for a total of about 30 minutes, how will all that food get broken down in my body. I am an extreme endo and used to be 280+ but have been holdibng steady at around 175-185 for 3 years. I know that 3500 calories = 1 pound but can one huge meal all go to fat storgage? My meals the rest of the day would be normal. cutting foods.

Dude it's one meal. If you have been going this long with no cheat meal, then do it. It's no biggie. It won't affect you in the long run. As long as you hop back on the boat the next day and get back on track.

Fact is, your body just isn't quick enough to store all those excess cals as fat. I've done break DAYS with probably close to 10,000 cals a day and after the water weight was gone, most I ever gained was like 0.4lbs. A couple cardio sessions and I was as good as new. Go for it. 1 break meal after 32 days won't slow your progress any.

Thanks guys, I am already planning my first plate......Fried chicken, 10 white chocolate cookies and 3 slices of pecan pie. The second and third plate plate will be worse after that crap hits the bottom of my stomach. I am going to load up with about 6 R-ALA capsules before the meal also.

You're gonna remember very quickly why you don't eat junk food like that. 10 minutes after that first bite of junk, and you're gonna feel like sh!t, then swear to yourself that after this you'll never eat that sugar crap again, then 2 hours later you'll be craving that terrible food. That's how it goes for me anyway. Enjoy, I envy/pity you.

My preminition is that it will enter your mouth and exit your ass a few moments later while the fat deposits will look suprised since they havent been active for so long.

    Ditto.

At least that's what I tell myself when I'm shoving Reese's PB cups in my mouth by the dozen.

One of the main reasons our body goes into this temporary mode of "sickness" is due to the process of digestion itself.

One example is this: If you consume "healthy" low-fat meals for a period of 5-7 days at a time, your body will adjust it's digestion chemicals accordingly. Take pancreatic lipase for example, and enzyme that breaks down fats. This chemical will come close to halting it's production if you are eating verry little fats, and when you cram a ton of fat into your system all at once at the end of a 5-7 day period; your body will adjust and produce lipase as fast as it can, thus making you feel bloated, sick, nasuea, or have any other negative side effects.

The shock of your body suddenly needing to use this enzyme so quickly causes you to feel sick.

That's the common english explination... here are the three technical types of lipase:

    * Pharyngeal lipase, which is produced in the mouth and is most active in the stomach.
    * Hepatic lipase, which is produced by the liver and regulates the level of fats (lipids) in the blood.
    * Pancreatic lipase, which is produced by the pancreas and released into the beginning of the small intestine (duodenum) to continue the digestion of fats.

Just some reasoning behind why you "feel like shit" after eating like that for the first time in awhile.

I could not go through with the pig out. Woke up and felt so good, i ate a big bowl of 100% natural shredded wheat cereal and had a salad with lots of egg whites and vinager only for dressing. I only have been eating 50-70 grams of carbs a day for breakfast only but I upped my protein to 340-360 a day and for some reason I do not even crave food, I just eat protein every 2 hours and everything goes well. This coming week is the seventh week of no cheating and I feel that it will end up being a lifetime no cheat, with a few drunkin binges spread out to keep the fat chicks lookin good.

If srength is holding or even gaining and a simple bowl of oats ans some yogurt on a Sunday rest day is working, How beneficial can a cheat day or meal be? It will not help me lose more fat will it? If it would I am all in but it seems that once I cheat, I want it more, when I do not do it I kind of forget what it tastes like and enjoy oats, yogurt, egg whites, etc.

IMO if you dont mentaly need to cheat dont cheat. The only reason I cheat is because there is no way in hell I can go more than a week without cheating.
