    odd numbers egg question helllp

    Ok Im having trouble recording 6 eggs - scrambled. an egg has about 6 g of protien, and on this diet program, 1 cup of scrambled eggs is =

    Cal 459
    Fat 41g
    Carb 2g
    Prot 20g

    and i made 6 scrambled eggs with meat,cheese etc etc. and i swear theres was about 3-4 cups of scrambled eggs.... According to the program i just ate...

    1834 163 9 80

    Is that right?.....

    my question is, when u scramble eggs, it doesnt change the nutritonal value at all? just count 6 eggs @ those numbers, thats it?

    of course, unless your adding things to your eggs..

    Some put milk, herbs and cheese in their scrambies that will change values.. however the eggs in themselves will remain the same alone ...

    it will definately change them if they're burnt...but the heat won't do anything but increase their bioavailablity to be digested...
