    Choc Milk PWO

Yup thats right, just saw on the news that Choc milk is the best drink to have after a workout. I find it funny cause a diary company did the study. Oh well if they say it is the best, I am def. trying it. Yummmm can't wait.. NOT

Well if it was done by a dairy company, I'd have to say its a bit suspect. Many times PWO I'll slam a Whey shake and then have a huge Chocolate Milk as well. Friggin great.

sugar??, i dont understand what ur saying cause we go 2:1 on dex : protein...
i know the sugar isn't pure glucose like dex, but it'll probably do the trick, and my dad was telling me that he saw that too...
i told him i make my own PWO drink...i look fine, it's obviously been working for me.

My current pwo shake is 7dl of milk, 2 teaspoons of cocoa, 50 grams of whey and some plain sugar(not much 20 grams at most) as sweetener.

Use skim and there will be no issues, with fat. Problem solved.

it's not ideal, but it's not terrible. if you are in a contest type diet, then i'd re-consider.

the lactose isn't a preferable sugar for PWO, but as long as it's skim milk, and the choco milk mix doesn't use high fructose corn syrup, then i don't think it'll kill ya.
