I finally decided to pick up some flaxseed oil, and I have a couple questions about it.
1. I bought this generic brand at a price chopper near school, it was pretty cheap- 200 1g tablets for about $20. Will this still be good stuff, or should i look into getting a better designer name brand. I don't have any experience with this stuff, and don't know where y'all get yours.
2. I've searched around on the forum, and a lot of you guys list how much oil you take in tbsp. I only have these gels, so how many should I be taking a day, and when? Just with any protein fat meal, or spread throughout the day? Thanks for any help.
