Please explain P/F meal
When I eat 50 grams of protein with minimal fat I feel fuller and my body feels harder. When I eat my 50 grams of protein with 15+ grams of fat, my boy feels sluggish after a few days and my muscles feel deflated.
Does this have to do with the glucose response of protein only meals.

Fat slows down digestion, this may be why you feel sluggish longer.

for 5 meals a day I felt like a zombie. Since I switched to 50-55 protein every 2 hours and dropped the fat to 4-7, I feel like good. I get thinner faster when the fat is higher, how?

do you get thinner when your EFA's are higher? because on my cutters when i start to lose the weight i up my EFA's...

BRO you would feel EVEN FLATTER w/ protein only meals
the reason u FEEL FLAT is because w/o carbohydrates your glycogen stores are depleted this means that u loose a BUT LOAD of intramusuclar water so they feel almost 1/2 as firm.. this can happen in as lil as 24hrs by lowering carbs below maint.
fact is u store 4lbs of water for 1lb of glycogen.. drop .25lbs of glycogen and a lb of water blamo thats some good pump u missin.. but its worth it just carb up ever 3 day or so.

EFA's thin the SHIT outta ur blood EXTREMELY HIGH RATIOS of EFA's can make u aenemic
