    Can you guys check my diet please and comment

    I am 42 have recently lost 45lbs (in 12 months) through pure lack of eating (ie no exercise). I am now at 160lb but due to the way I dieted I have lost a lot of muscle as well as fat.

    Acting on the expert advice provided in one of the stickies (UNofficial Cutting Diet) I am now trying to lose the final few pounds of fat (small love handles) but also want to start rapidly rebuilding some muscle.

    Could you please review my diet last week and advise whether this will be sufficient to achieve my goal of gaining some muscle mass (I'd like to gain around 10lb of lean muscle by July if at all possible)

    Diet/ Exercise

    Friday
    Cardio - 25mins
    Weights heavy - 3 sets 30minutes

    Protein - 216gms
    Carbs - 60gms
    Fat - 5gms

    Supplements
    Stack2 (with Ephedra twice a day - 1000mg Ephdra)
    Flax Seed Oil (Omega 3 and 6)
    Creatine 5gms post workout
    Glutamine - 2.5gms

    Saturday
    Cardio - 30 mins
    Weights - 0

    Protein - 234gms
    Carbs - 80gms
    Fat - 6gms

    Supplements
    Stack2 (with Ephedra twice a day - 1000mg Ephdra)
    Flax Seed Oil (Omega 3 and 6)
    Creatine 5gms
    Glutamine - 2.5gms

    Sunday
    Cardio - 25mins
    Weights heavy - 3 sets 20 minutes

    Protein - 160gms
    Carbs - 69gms
    Fat - 20gms (EFA)

    Supplements
    Stack2 (with Ephedra twice a day - 1000mg Ephdra)
    Flax Seed Oil (Omega 3 and 6)

    Monday

    If this diet/exercise regime is completley wrong for my goal then I would really appreciate any hints and tips to help me.

    I would starve to death on that diet....even cutting...Tue is under 1300cals?????

    also...carbs are pretty low.
