I believe in cheat meals not days, and your off or cheat days their is no reason to carb it up why do that just eat a shitty meal and that is it, it is not that complicated, the cheat meal or cheat day is to let loose for a day, it is not meant to carb it up JMO

i believe in in carbing up in a clean fashion. hence, all oatmeal. i also like to have a cheat meal because this cures temptaion during the week. i believe in doing it in a discaplined fashion. idealy, i would have liked to only have eaten 25-50 percent (closer to 50) of what i had. i believe this restores fat burning hormones.
i believe without carbing up, fat loss stops and strength plummets. jmo

At this point bro its really up to you. A cheat meal is a cheat meal. Hell, I go to town on cheat meals..usually make nights out of them. If you want to have the oats I say go to town...you sound like you are a strict dieter...I'm the same way when it isn't a cheat meal- or night. Either way you wanna shock the system. The oats will throw even more of a wrench at your body and, in the long run, none of what you're taking in is going to negatatively affect you in the long run.
