so, i am deep into cutting. and i had my cheat meal today. but i just kept eating and eating and eating my tub of ice cream. i ate about o 1200 calories worth and about o 120 grams of carbs. 99 perent being sugar. i know thsi is exact because this is the whole thing. thats more than i had in mind. on cheat days, i also carb up with oatmeal.
should still carb up with the oameal??? sincei ate more ice cream than i had in mind. basically had 4 servings or 2 cups
