carbs are very important for muscle building and i think you need more. i would ask you why you don't have carbs such as oats or something before your workout. that is personal preference but i chhose to eat a cup of oats and protein about an hour before my workouts. Natural peanut butter would be a great before bed option with protein and good fats to slow digestion for the long sleep. i also think you are eating peanuts too often. take in some other sources of protein and fats if you choose to have pro/fat meals at those times. an idea would also be to include some flax oil in for a fat meal. a meal of s couple chicken breasts and a couple tsp of flax oil is one i use. hope some of these suggestions help out.

well there is a limited amount of space in bag that i carry to school... so that s why the amount of ffood between 930 and 3 30 is less

o i forgot to mention i do take a multivitamin and flax seed oil tabs

most of the chicken breast i come across always have SOY in it. ANd i have read some pretty bad things about soy

also i dont have too much tiem to prepare freash chicken breasts... but i shall try.

Could you suggest something else that is rich in protein with which i couild replace the peanuts?

i just squish my chicken into snack bags. and tuna could also be an option for you. i know space is sometimes limited but i would just say find a way to make it fit or bring another bag.
