    what happen if...!?

    hey guys what happens if a train with a diet thats on my maintenance(sp) calorie range... for long term? can i burn fat? Carb being eated on breakfast and PWO and PPWO just like a cutting diet but instead of 6 meals maybe 7 ? doing cardio 5 times perweek.. i just want to maintain my weight and.. maybe get leanner in long term

    What do you mean...if you train on a diet?...as opposed to not trianing on a diet?...

    not ok... i just finish my cutting cycle... and ok im happy with my results... since im off season right now... im scared of bulking and losing all that hard earned muscle and definition so... if i continue with my cutting diet adding one more meal... just to maintain my current weight... doing cardio and that stuff.. training as hard as usual cand i lose any more bf?

    the problem is that im haooy with my current weight 6'2 205LBS i dont to get big a a bb just athletic tahts why i dont wanna bulk just up my calories taking 1 more meal

    Everyone is different. You can maintain your body weight with this diet you were on and you aren't going "insane" then I would think your body will settle into your new weight. Maybe add a little more complex carbs though. As long-term suppression of carbs might not be good. Just my $.02
