make sure your cals are up, you will usually lose a little strength if you are natural, but keep cals up as much as possible... but losing a little strength comes with losing fat...
Thanks nova. I figured this. What sux is that when bulking, I was benching 295 7 times before I failed and needed to get a spotter for the 2 forced reps and now it's at 275. Hurts the ego. I am getting ~2400 cals a day clean. Just can't wait to get down to show off my hard earned muscle.
