    REAL FOOD IS THE SHIT 3 EGGS AND ONE SAUSAGE LINK 41 grams of protein

    I got the numbers off of fitday.com. Is this not a good place to get information from?

    I was thinking Jumbo Eggs. I got the Calculations off of Fitday.com. Is there a better place to get calculations from? So could we all stop laughing at my illiterate self.
