Have not cheated in 6 weeks and tied one on last night. Drank 10 beers. Not the greatest thing to do cutting but hell, I am human. Anyway, I got up today and did cardio, is it true that I will not burn any fat for 2-3 days after drinking. If so, I might just have me a cheat day today to get my body hydrated again. I am craving some mac and cheese like mad.
