    Exclamation Calorie intake help!

    What are good things to eat that are high in cals but moderate in fat and sugar? Im trying to bulk but i want a clean bulk not just fast food! What are some things that u guys eat to get 3-4k cals a day? Im only getting like 2500, w a weight gainer! i kno wthat suck and ive been stuck at 160 for 3 months! What am i doing wrong?

    This is general. Not exactly this everyday but a basic idea. I know its missing a lot of stuff so anything i need is helpfull but im extremely poor so what should i do?

    Carbs- Oats, Brown Rice, Whole wheat pasta)
    Fats- Flax Oil, Fish Oil, Natural Peanut Butter, Almonds
    Protein- Fish (Salmon, Tuna, Cod) Lean Steak or Beef, Egg Whites, Turkey, Ham, Cottage Cheese

    Others- Spinach, Asparagus, Brocolli,

    whole grain cereal with skim milk, non-fat yogurt, peanut butter on whole wheat bread, skim milk, red meat. All these things are staples for me when bulking.
