What are good things to eat that are high in cals but moderate in fat and sugar? Im trying to bulk but i want a clean bulk not just fast food! What are some things that u guys eat to get 3-4k cals a day? Im only getting like 2500, w a weight gainer! i kno wthat suck and ive been stuck at 160 for 3 months! What am i doing wrong?
